My aim is to help people regain a sense of autonomy by learning practical tools and techniques they can use in their daily lives. I support clients in developing the skills to understand and manage their thoughts and emotions, so that over time they can become less dependent on therapy and more confident in navigating challenges on their own.

Individual therapy sessions last 50 minutes. Sessions usually take place once per week (but can be adjusted), especially at the beginning of therapy, although the frequency can later be adjusted depending on your needs and goals.

Fees are adapted to the economic context of the country where clients are based.

Psychological assessments:
The cost varies depending on the type of assessment required, as different evaluations involve different tools, time for administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing. The fee will be discussed and agreed upon before the assessment process begins.I also offer a free 30-minute online consultation for new clients.

Sessions take place via Teams. You only need a stable internet connection and a private space where you feel comfortable speaking. The format is similar to in-person therapy and allows flexibility and accessibility from wherever you are.
